Before establishing O'Toole Law Group, Bridget built her practice at leading boutique firms in Rochester, developing particular expertise in the complex regulatory proceedings that govern large-scale energy development in New York State.

The Yates-Thayer House is a neoclassical landmark built in 1902 for Arthur G. Yates, a former coal baron and president of the Buffalo, Rochester and Pittsburgh Railway Co. Originally the centerpiece of Elm Tree Farm, the estate passed to the Thayer family in 1914 and remained in their hands for 80 years. After decades of decline, a collaborative effort between a private developer and state and local historic preservation commissions restored the building to its original grandeur. Today, it stands as a point of pride in the Town of Greece — a fitting home for a firm committed to the thoughtful stewardship of New York's communities and landscape.
