Principal Attorney

Bridget O'Toole, Esq.

Bridget O'Toole is the principal attorney of O'Toole Law Group PLLC. She pairs big-city experience with a small-town feel, assisting clients with all aspects of siting complex development projects. She brings her community-building sensibilities in representing municipalities, developers, community groups, and businesses in a range of matters related to municipal law, renewable energy project siting, land use, zoning, and environmental law — all across New York State.

Her practice spans the full spectrum of New York's regulatory landscape — from local zoning board hearings to complex state administrative proceedings before the Office of Renewable Energy Siting (ORES). She has represented parties in dozens of Article VIII, Article VII, and 94-c proceedings involving wind, solar, and offshore energy facilities and transmission lines throughout New York State.

Prior to founding O'Toole Law Group, Bridget served as a Partner at Heath & O'Toole PLLC and before that as a Partner and Senior Associate at The Zoghlin Group PLLC, where she developed deep expertise in renewable energy siting, including representation in multiple Article VIII proceedings for large wind energy facilities. She began her legal career as an Associate at Bansbach Zoghlin P.C.

Bridget is admitted to practice in New York State as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.
